People with chronic blood cancers called myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN) have a significantly increased risk of stroke, heart attack, and blood clots compared to the general population. This blood clot risk is only slightly reduced by current treatment. In this study, we are exploring blood tests that may help us learn why people with MPN clot and how current MPN treatment affects those blood tests. This is a blood draw-only study.

Does your child need a dental exam and cleaning? Your child may be able to take part in a research study where we explore ways of calming and reducing discomfort in children during dental exams and cleanings. Compensation will be provided.
Have you torn your ACL and are between 13 and 19 years old? Do you want to get back to playing your sport again? You make be able to take part in a study to learn more about ways to improve rehabilitation after ACL injury. You will perform jumping and cutting tasks and reaction time tasks. We are also looking for healthy athletes who have never torn an ACL to take part in this study.
Do you identify as a racial or ethnic minority? Are you interested in learning about your muscle, fat and bone mass? You may be eligible to participate in a research study to determine the reliability of commonly used body composition devices in a multi-ethnic population.
